Anhui Jiangtai New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Huaibei New Coal Chemical Synthesis Base in Anhui Province-Level Chemical Park. Established in 2017 and officially put into production in May 2020, our company is a fine chemical enterprise integrating research, industry and trade. Through cooperating with a number of universities to achieve complementary advantages and realize the derivative production from the raw materials to the final products, our company ensures the profit of the products. At present, our company is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical pesticide intermediates, toluic acid, nitrobenzoic acid and their derivatives such as acyl chloride and amide, etc. Owing to widespread applications ranges, our products receive booming sales and broad prospects. Our factory is a newly-built factory, and all safety and environmental protection facilities meet the latest code specifications of petrochemical industry; meet the development requirements of circular economy; especially, our safety facilities are safe and reliable, and the processes are advanced too. Now, we use one-step nitrification reaction with milder oxidation reaction and lower risk factors; moreover, we use no chemical oxidants and organic solvents, and the reaction conditions are fully automated. Our environmental protection system is very effective: our secondary condensation and activated carbon fiber automatic adsorption complete device assures that not only the total amount of exhaust gas discharged by air oxidation is up to the standard, but also the concentration is up to the standard. After the first phase is put into production, three series and eight main products will be formed, so that the production capacity will reach 17,000 tons per year, including 10,000 t/a of methylbenzoic acid, 5,000 t/a of nitrobenzoic acid, 6,500 t/a of methylbenzoyl chloride and 1,500 t/a of DEET. Now, we are working on the construction of the second phase. After the construction will be completed in 2021, it is expected to increase 3,000 tons of nitrated products and 2,000 tons of acyl chloride products, and finally meet the need of customers.
